Surah #89 · “The Dawn”
Al-Fajr (The Dawn) is a Makkan surah of 30 verses opening with an oath by the dawn and the ten nights of Dhul-Hijjah. It invokes the nations of 'Ad, Thamud, and Pharaoh as warnings.
