Hafs vs Warsh
Hafs and Warsh are the two most-read recitations of the Qur'an today. Hafs (from Asim) is standard across most of the Muslim world; Warsh (from Nafi' of Madinah) is standard across North and West Africa.

In Warsh, the Basmala is not counted as ayah 1 of Al-Fatihah; ayah 1 is 'Al-hamdu lillahi Rabb al-'alamin.' Hafs counts the Basmala as ayah 1.

Warsh reads 'wa awsa biha Ibrahim' while Hafs reads 'wa wassa biha Ibrahim.'

Warsh applies a heavier madd (elongation) than Hafs in a number of contexts, and uses taqlil (inclination) in certain vowels. These are pronunciation differences, not textual ones.
